The product itself was fine, nothing too exciting but it did what I needed it to do. The frustrating part was the customer service. I had to follow up twice just to get a basic answer, which felt like way more effort than it should’ve been. Maybe I’m just impatient, but when you’re waiting on help, time feels like it moves extra slowly, kind of like waiting for water to boil when you’re already hungry. Anyway, not the worst experience ever, but the slow replies definitely left a bad impression.

The box had barely any protection inside, so everything was just rattling around loose. By the time it showed up, the outside was crushed and one of the items was marked up, which was really annoying.

I’m not asking for luxury packaging or anything fancy, but at least pack it properly so the order arrives safely. Unless they stop packing orders like careless clowns, I wouldn’t bother ordering again

I don’t know. The prices felt way too high for what I actually got. I was expecting something a lot better for that kind of money. Better quality, at least. Left disappointed, honestly. I wouldn’t buy from here again.

I ordered from medusaaustralia.com.au after seeing a few other people mention them, and the shipping was quicker than I thought it would be. My order showed up a couple of days earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. The tracking wasn’t perfect, but it updated enough for me to keep an eye on where things were. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is because the dispatch email came through a bit late. Overall though, happy with how fast it arrived.
